Top 100 Shows To See (70-61)

70. The Prisoner (2009)
"This show gave me cancer." "This was the worst surprise ever." "It is sacrilegious to the franchise." "It made my eyes bleed." "I am ashamed to have place it this highly on a list." That are what the fans of this show are saying. Jokes aside, this show really does spit and vomit on the ideology of the original. Not only that, but it is outright opposed to the original's philosophy. Still, it has one fascinating sci-fi element which allows it to be watchable with the only other redeeming quality being Gandalf. I can honestly say I hate this show more than any other I have seem. So why put it on the list of the Top 100 Shows? There are three main answers. 1. To warn you against watching the show. 2. To try to convince you to write a scathing review about it after you see it. 3. If you have already seen it, then to convince you to watch the original version.
69. Battlestar Galactica (1978)
There are many things I could criticize this show for. However, it was enjoyable and had some quality sci-fi elements to it that set it apart from many other shows of the time. It also had a plotline that, while often slow, was reminiscent of the epics of old.
68. Battlestar Galactica (1980)
It is the sequel to the original and as such fits here nicely. It takes place later in the story and features time travel and Nazi fighting. Everyone loves fighting nazi's so this one gets ranked a bit higher.

67. Dr. Who (2005+)
There is little reason to watch this show if you haven't seen the Classic Version. They are very different and this one simply isn't as good. There are a few episodes that are definitely must see, but most are rather worthless. Now that I have angered the many addicted fans, use your anger to go watch show of more worth and break free from it!
66. Final Fantasy: Unlimited
This is a good show and it is probably the best film version of the Final Fantasy Series that isn't based off the world of a particular preexisting game. It is addicting and portrays an Alice in Wonderland type fantasy world that is both dark and delightful.
65. Black Butler
A story about a demon butler in service to a the Queen's Guard Dog(A.K.A. Ciel Phantomhive). The worst part about the show is the way perverted fans treat it. While that is a common phenomena for anime fans, this show seems to get it a lot worse for some reason. Maybe that is just my perception. Anyways this deal with devil is worth watching.
64. Jonny Quest
This is the original version of the show. It is the first real action cartoon and it was an animation achievement of it's time. It also heavily censored on the reruns for violence thanks to concerned parents... Luckily the DVD versions aren't censored. This show is intense and filled with great light sci-fi plots. Several of the episodes were known to give kids nightmares,
63. The Boondocks
If you were to ask me what is so great about this show when I first saw it, I wouldn't know. The characters are great and it tackles serious social issues with ease. Beyond that, this is simply good entertainment. The best episode is probably about a plot to kidnap Oprah. Nevertheless, we all look forward to this series's continuation.
62. The Rat Patrol
Who could have thought that so much action could take place in some 20 minutes in a live action show? Despite the lack of focus on characterization, the characters were still good and could be learned in some of the episodes. Once that's done, the action is a lot better. The episodes would be better if arranged differently. The cat and mouse games can be quite good and the plots are often well executed.
61. The Cleveland Show
This show is a direct spinoff of Family Guy. It is hilarious in it's own special way. With only four seasons, this show never declines and a great and steady ride through it's intricate comicness. Tim Bear is the best character, but everyone loves Cleveland.
